Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise with tags still on may be returned within 15 days of purchase date. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded. 

Once returned item(s) is/are received, your item will be processed within 3-5 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, item(s), including sales tax (if applicable), minus the cost of the shipping label (if applicable) will be given as STORE CREDIT. Please allow 5-10 business days for someone to reach out to you on how you can use your store credit.

If you are refunded using Store Credit you will receive an email containing a gift card code equal to the amount of the returned item(s), including sales tax (if applicable), minus the cost of the shipping label (if applicable), once your return has been processed. Gift Card funds are available immediately once your return is processed. These gift cards cannot be refilled and will only expire once the funds have been depleted.

Items marked *ON SALE* or bought with a discount code are NOT eligible for a return.

*Items smelling of perfume, marked with makeup, showing signs of wear, or with traces of animal hair are not valid for return and no credit will be issued.

**Any returns containing an item outside of the policy will be subject to a $25.00 restocking fee and no refund will be issued.

Free shipping is available for every order over $100.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has arrived damaged. All refunds, in the form of store credit, will be for the price of the returned item(s) and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.

If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size placed on your original order), you will be reimbursed for the purchase, including shipping fees. Shop Emerson Jane is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once delivered.

Due to our boutique nature we have limited sizing. Please put your email down on the waitlist if you’re interested in buying if we choose to order more. Once the new shipment, if ordered, comes in then we will email you in order of names on the ‘waitlist’.  Join our waitlist for future notice.
